ટ્વિન ટાવર.......

 નોઈડામાં રવિવારે સુપરટેકનો 100 મીટર ઊંચો ટ્વિન ટાવર તોડી પાડવામાં આવ્યો હતો. લોકોએ આ ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે બાંધવામાં આવેલા બાંધકામો સામે લીધેલા પગલાને યોગ્ય ઠેરવતા પગલાની પ્રશંસા કરી. આ ઇમારતોને તોડી પાડવા પહેલાં, સામાન્ય લોકોને ટ્વીન ટાવરની આસપાસ 500 મીટરની ત્રિજ્યામાં જવાની મંજૂરી નહોતી.

 નોઈડા(Noida)ના સેક્ટર 93Aમાં  સુપરટેકના ટ્વિન ટાવર (Supertech Twin Tower)ને રવિવારે બપોરે તોડી પાડવામાં આવ્યા હતા. આ ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે બાંધવામાં આવેલા બાંધકામોને તોડી પાડવાના સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટના આદેશના એક વર્ષ બાદ આ કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવી હતી. લગભગ 100 મીટર ઉંચા સ્ટ્રક્ચર્સને થોડી જ સેકન્ડોમાં વિસ્ફોટ કરવામાં આવ્યો અને તોડી પાડવામાં આવ્યો. દિલ્હી(Delhi)ના ઐતિહાસિક કુતુબ મિનાર કરતા ઊંચા ટ્વીન ટાવરને વોટરફોલ ઈમ્પ્લોશન ટેકનિક(Waterfall implosion technique) ની મદદથી તોડી પાડવામાં આવ્યા હતા. ટ્વીન ટાવર તોડી પાડ્યાની થોડીવાર પછી આસપાસની ઇમારતો સલામત દેખાઈ. ઈમારતોને તોડવા માટે 3700 કિલોથી વધુ વિસ્ફોટકોનો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો .

@ટ્વીન ટાવર્સમાં 40 માળ અને 21 દુકાનો સહિત 915 રહેણાંક એપાર્ટમેન્ટની દરખાસ્ત કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ બાંધકામોને તોડી પાડતા પહેલા, એમરાલ્ડ કોર્ટ અને એટીએસ વિલેજ, તેમની નજીક આવેલી બે સોસાયટીઓમાંથી લગભગ 5,000 લોકોને ત્યાંથી ખસેડવામાં આવ્યા હતા. આ ઉપરાંત લગભગ 3,000 વાહનો અને 150-200 બિલાડીઓ અને કૂતરા સહિત પાલતુ પ્રાણીઓને પણ દૂર કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.

@ઉત્તર પ્રદેશના નોઈડામાં સુપરટેક ટ્વીન ટાવર્સમાં અને તેની આસપાસ રહેતા ઓછામાં ઓછા 40 ત્યજી દેવાયેલા કૂતરાઓને ઈમારતો તોડી પાડવામાં આવે તે પહેલાં રવિવારે એનજીઓ દ્વારા ચલાવવામાં આવતા કામચલાઉ કેમ્પમાં ખસેડવામાં આવ્યા હતા. એક એનજીઓએ વિનંતી કરી હતી કે ઈમારતો તોડી પાડવામાં આવે તે પહેલા પ્રતિકાત્મક વિસ્ફોટ કરવામાં આવે જેથી વિસ્તારના પક્ષીઓને બચાવી શકાય.

@ટ્વીન ટાવર તોડી પાડવામાં સામેલ કંપની એડફિસ એન્જિનિયરિંગના એક અધિકારીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે એમરાલ્ડ કોર્ટ સોસાયટીની આસપાસ રહેણાંક મકાનોને કોઈ નુકસાન થયું નથી. એડિફિસ, દક્ષિણ આફ્રિકાના જેટ ડિમોલિશન્સ, સેન્ટ્રલ બિલ્ડિંગ રિસર્ચ ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યૂટ (CBRI) અને નોઇડાના અધિકારીઓ ટ્વીન ટાવર્સની નજીક આવેલી બે સોસાયટીઓ એમરાલ્ડ કોર્ટ અને એટીએસ વિલેજની ઇમારતોનું માળખાકીય વિશ્લેષણ કરી રહ્યા છે.

વિવારે નોઈડામાં ટ્વીન ટાવરના ધ્વંસ દરમિયાન આસપાસના વિસ્તારોમાં 101.2 ડેસિબલનો અવાજ નોંધવામાં આવ્યો હતો. અધિકારીઓના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર, ઉત્તર પ્રદેશ પ્રદૂષણ નિયંત્રણ બોર્ડ (UPPCB) એ આસપાસના અવાજને માપવા માટે છ મશીનો સ્થાપિત કર્યા હતા અને આ માપન માટે ટ્વિન ટાવરની નજીકના ત્રણ સ્થળોએથી ડેટા લેવામાં આવ્યો હતો. પાર્શ્વનાથ પ્રતિષ્ઠા, બારાત ઘર અને સિટી પાર્કમાં ત્રણ મશીન લગાવવામાં આવ્યા હતા.

@રવિવારે નોઈડામાં સુપરટેક ગ્રુપના ટ્વીન ટાવર્સને તોડવામાં માત્ર 12 સેકન્ડનો સમય લાગ્યો હતો. આ માહિતી જેટ ડિમોલિશન કંપનીના મેનેજિંગ ડિરેક્ટર જો બ્રિંકમેને આપી હતી. એડિફિસ એન્જિનિયરિંગે દક્ષિણ આફ્રિકાની જેટ ડિમોલિશન કંપની સાથે મળીને ટ્વીન ટાવર્સને તોડી પાડવાનું કામ હાથ ધર્યું હતું.

@નોઈડાના સેક્ટર 93Aમાં સુપરટેકના ટ્વીન ટાવરને રવિવારે બપોરે તોડી પાડવામાં આવ્યા બાદ નજીકની ઈમારતો સુરક્ષિત જણાતી હતી. જોકે, નજીકમાં આવેલી સોસાયટીની દિવાલ ધરાશાયી થઈ હતી. અધિકારીઓએ રવિવારે આ જાણકારી આપી. તેણે જણાવ્યું કે ઘણા એપાર્ટમેન્ટમાં બારીઓના કાચ પણ ફાટી ગયા હતા. અધિકારીઓએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, તોડી પાડવામાં આવેલ માળખામાંથી પસાર થતી ગેઇલ લિમિટેડની ગેસ પાઇપલાઇનને કોઈ નુકસાન થયું નથી.

@અનુમાન મુજબ, ટ્વીન ટાવર તોડી પાડ્યા પછી પેદા થયેલા 55 થી 80 હજાર ટન કાટમાળને હટાવવામાં લગભગ ત્રણ મહિનાનો સમય લાગશે. ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, 31 ઓગસ્ટ 2021ના રોજ સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટે ટ્વીન ટાવરને તોડી પાડવાનો આદેશ આપ્યો હતો. કોર્ટે કહ્યું હતું કે જિલ્લા અધિકારીઓની મિલીભગતથી બિલ્ડિંગ નિયમોનું ઉલ્લંઘન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

@સર્વોચ્ચ અદાલતે કહ્યું હતું કે કાયદાના નિયમનું પાલન સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા માટે ગેરકાયદેસર બાંધકામો સાથે કડક કાર્યવાહી કરવાની જરૂર છે. મુંબઈના એડિફિસ એન્જિનિયરિંગને 28 ઓગસ્ટના રોજ ટ્વીન ટાવર તોડી પાડવાનું કામ સોંપવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આ જોખમી કાર્ય માટે કંપનીએ દક્ષિણ આફ્રિકાની જેટ ડિમોલિશન સાથે કરાર કર્યો હતો. સીબીઆરઆઈને સર્વોચ્ચ અદાલતે આ પ્રોજેક્ટ માટે ટેકનિકલ નિષ્ણાત તરીકે નિયુક્ત કર્યા હતા.

@ એડફિસ એન્જિનિયરિંગ અને જેટ ડિમોલિશન્સે અગાઉ 2020 માં કોચી (કેરળ) માં મરાડુ કોમ્પ્લેક્સને તોડી પાડ્યું હતું, જેમાં 18 થી 20 માળની ચાર રહેણાંક ઇમારતોનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. વર્ષ 2019 માં, જેટ ડિમોલિશન્સે જોહાનિસબર્ગ (દક્ષિણ આફ્રિકા) માં બેંક ઓફ લિસ્બનની 108 મીટર ઊંચી ઇમારતને તોડી પાડી હતી.

@વર્ષ 2011માં રેસિડેન્ટ વેલ્ફેર એસોસિએશન વતી અલ્હાબાદ હાઈકોર્ટમાં અરજી દાખલ કરવામાં આવી હતી. અરજીમાં આક્ષેપ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે કે આ ટાવરના નિર્માણ દરમિયાન ઉત્તર પ્રદેશ એપાર્ટમેન્ટ ઓનર્સ એક્ટ, 2010નું ઉલ્લંઘન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આ મુજબ માત્ર 16 મીટરના અંતરે આવેલા બે ટાવરોએ કાયદાનું ઉલ્લંઘન કર્યું હતું.

@વર્ષ 2012માં અલ્હાબાદ હાઈકોર્ટમાં આ મામલો સુનાવણી માટે આવ્યો તે પહેલા નોઈડા પ્રશાસને 2009માં દાખલ કરાયેલા પ્લાન (40 માળવાળા બે એપાર્ટમેન્ટ ટાવર)ને મંજૂરી આપી હતી. આ કેસમાં એપ્રિલ 2014માં રેસિડેન્ટ વેલ્ફેર એસોસિએશનની તરફેણમાં નિર્ણય આવ્યો હતો

@ આ અંતર્ગત આ ટાવરોને તોડી પાડવાનો આદેશ પણ આપવામાં આવ્યો હતો. એવો પણ આદેશ આપવામાં આવ્યો હતો કે ટાવર તોડી પાડવાનો ખર્ચ સુપરટેકે ઉઠાવવો જોઈએ અને જેમણે અહીં ઘર ખરીદ્યું છે તેમને 14 ટકા વ્યાજ સાથે પૈસા પાછા આપવા જોઈએ.

@તે જ વર્ષે મે મહિનામાં, સુપરટેકે નિર્ણયને પડકારતા સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટનો સંપર્ક કર્યો હતો, અને દાવો કર્યો હતો કે બાંધકામ યોગ્ય ધોરણો મુજબ થયું હતું. ઓગસ્ટ 2021માં અલ્હાબાદ હાઈકોર્ટના નિર્ણયને યથાવત રાખનાર સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટે પણ સ્વીકાર્યું કે નિયમોનું ઉલ્લંઘન થયું છે. પરિણામે 28 ઓગસ્ટ 2022 ના રોજ ટ્વીન ટાવર સંપૂર્ણપણે તોડી પાડવામાં આવ્યા હતા.

@નોઈડાના સેક્ટર 93Aમાં સ્થિત વિવાદાસ્પદ ટ્વિન ટાવર બપોરે 2.30 વાગ્યે તોડી પાડવામાં આવ્યો હતો. ટ્વિન ટાવર તોડી પાડ્યા બાદ સુપરટેકે એક નિવેદન જારી કરીને કહ્યું છે કે લગભગ 500 કરોડનું નુકસાન થયું છે.

સુપરટેકે રવિવારે એમ પણ કહ્યું હતું કે નોઈડા ડેવલપમેન્ટ ઓથોરિટીની મંજૂરી મળ્યા પછી જ ટ્વીન ટાવરનું નિર્માણ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું અને તેમાં કોઈ છેડછાડ કરવામાં આવી નથી. રિયલ એસ્ટેટ ફર્મે જણાવ્યું હતું કે ટ્વીન ટાવર તોડી પાડવાને કારણે તેના અન્ય રિયલ એસ્ટેટ પ્રોજેક્ટ્સને અસર થશે નહીં. ઘર ખરીદનારને સમયસર આપવામાં આવશે.

ટ્વીન ટાવર ધરાશાયી થયા બાદ નોઈડા ઓથોરિટી સામે ઘણા પડકારો છે, જેમાં સૌથી મોટો પડકાર કાટમાળ હટાવવાનો છે. આ ઉપરાંત સોસાયટીની આસપાસ સ્વચ્છતા અને લોકોનું પરત ફરવું પણ તેમના માટે મોટો પડકાર છે. સત્તાવાળાઓએ ડિમોલિશન સાઇટ પર પાણીના છંટકાવ, મિકેનિકલ સ્વીપિંગ અને સ્મોગ ગન લગાવી છે જેથી ધૂળથી હવાની ગુણવત્તા ખરાબ ન થાય. પ્રદૂષણનું સ્તર તપાસવા માટે અહીં એક ખાસ ડસ્ટ મશીન પણ લગાવવામાં આવ્યું છે.

ટ્વીન ટાવરના ધ્વંસ પછી, ત્રણ માળના ઊંચા કાટમાળને હટાવવો નોઈડા ઓથોરિટી માટે મોટો પડકાર છે. પરંતુ ડિમોલિશન પહેલા જ આ બાબતનો ઉકેલ નક્કી કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. ટ્વીન ટાવરનો કાટમાળ નોઈડા કન્સ્ટ્રક્શન એન્ડ ડિમોલિશન વેસ્ટ મેનેજમેન્ટ પ્લાન્ટમાં લઈ જવામાં આવશે. આ પ્રક્રિયામાં ત્રણ મહિનાનો સમય લાગશે. એક અંદાજ મુજબ કાટમાળમાંથી 4000 ટન લોખંડ બહાર આવશે.

ટ્વીન ટાવર ધરાશાયી થયા બાદ અધિકારીઓએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે ટ્વિન ટાવર પાસે આવેલી એટીએસ સોસાયટીની 10 મીટરની બાઉન્ડ્રી વોલને નુકસાન થયું છે. તેના પર નોઈડા ઓથોરિટીએ કહ્યું કે જે પણ નાનું-મોટું નુકસાન થશે, તે તેની ભરપાઈ કરશે.

A 100 meter high twin tower of Supertech was demolished in Noida on Sunday.  People appreciated the move justifying the action taken against these illegally constructed structures.  Before the demolition of these buildings, the general public was not allowed to go within a radius of 500 meters around the twin towers.

 @ Supertech Twin Tower in Sector 93A of Noida was demolished on Sunday afternoon.  The action came a year after the Supreme Court ordered the demolition of these illegally constructed structures.  The structures, about 100 meters high, were detonated and demolished within seconds.  The twin towers taller than the historic Qutub Minar of Delhi were demolished with the help of waterfall implosion technique.  A few minutes after the twin towers were demolished, the surrounding buildings appeared safe.  More than 3700 kg of explosives were used to demolish the buildings.

 @Twin Towers proposed 915 residential apartments with 40 floors and 21 shops.  Before the demolition of these structures, around 5,000 people were evacuated from Emerald Court and ATS Village, two societies located near them.  In addition, about 3,000 vehicles and pets, including 150-200 cats and dogs, were also removed.

 At least 40 abandoned dogs living in and around the Supertech Twin Towers in @Uttar Pradesh's Noida were shifted to a makeshift camp run by an NGO on Sunday before the buildings were demolished.  An NGO requested that the buildings be demolished before a symbolic blast to save the birds in the area.

 An official of Edfis Engineering, the company involved in the @twin tower demolition, said there was no damage to residential houses around Emerald Court Society.  Officials from Edifice, Jet Demolitions of South Africa, Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) and Noida are conducting structural analysis of the buildings of Emerald Court and ATS Village, two societies located near the Twin Towers.

 101.2 decibels were recorded in surrounding areas during the demolition of Twin Towers in Noida on @Sunday.  According to officials, the Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (UPPCB) had installed six machines to measure ambient noise and data was taken from three locations near the twin towers for this measurement.  Three machines were installed at Parswanath Pratistha, Barat Ghar and City Park.

 It took just 12 seconds to demolish Supertech Group's twin towers in Noida on @Sunday.  This information was given by Joe Brinkman, Managing Director of Jet Demolition Company.  Edifice Engineering along with Jet Demolition Company of South Africa undertook the demolition of the twin towers.

 Nearby buildings appear to be safe after Supertech's twin towers in @Noida's Sector 93A were demolished on Sunday afternoon.  However, the wall of the nearby society collapsed.  Officials gave this information on Sunday.  He said that the windows in several apartments were also broken.  The gas pipeline of GAIL Ltd passing through the demolished structure was not damaged, officials said.

 According to estimates, it will take about three months to remove the 55 to 80 thousand tons of debris generated after the demolition of the twin towers.  It is worth mentioning that, on 31 August 2021, the Supreme Court ordered the demolition of the twin towers.  The court said that the building rules were violated with the connivance of district officials.

 The @Supreme Court said that strict action is required to deal with illegal constructions to ensure compliance with the rule of law.  Mumbai-based Edifice Engineering was assigned the task of demolishing the twin towers on August 28.  The company contracted with Jet Demolition of South Africa for this hazardous work.  CBRI was appointed by the Supreme Court as the technical expert for the project.

 @Edphis Engineering and Jet Demolitions had earlier demolished the Maradu complex in Kochi (Kerala) in 2020, comprising four residential buildings of 18 to 20 floors.  In the year 2019, Jet Demolitions demolished the 108 meter tall Bank of Lisbon building in Johannesburg (South Africa).

 In the year 2011, a petition was filed in the Allahabad High Court on behalf of the Resident Welfare Association.  The petition alleged that the Uttar Pradesh Apartment Owners Act, 2010 was violated during the construction of the tower.  According to this, the two towers, located only 16 meters apart, violated the law.

 The Noida administration approved the plan (two 40-storey apartment towers) filed in 2009 before the matter came up for hearing in the Allahabad High Court in 2012.  The case was decided in favor of the Resident Welfare Association in April 2014.

 Under this order was also given to demolish these towers.  It was also ordered that Supertech should bear the cost of demolishing the tower and refund the money to those who bought houses here along with 14 percent interest.

 In May of the same year, Supertech approached the Supreme Court challenging the decision, claiming that the construction had been done according to proper standards.  The Supreme Court, which upheld the Allahabad High Court's decision in August 2021, also admitted that the rules had been violated.  As a result, the twin towers were completely demolished on 28 August 2022.

 The controversial twin towers located in Sector 93A of @Noida were demolished at 2.30 pm.  After the demolition of the twin towers, Supertech has issued a statement saying that there has been a loss of around 500 crores.

 Supertech also said on Sunday that the twin towers were constructed only after getting approval from the Noida Development Authority and there was no tampering.  The real estate firm said the demolition of the twin towers will not affect its other real estate projects.  The house will be handed over to the buyer on time.

 After the collapse of the Twin Towers, the Noida Authority faces several challenges, the biggest of which is debris removal.  Apart from this, cleanliness around the society and return of people is also a big challenge for them.  Authorities have deployed water sprinkling, mechanical sweeping and smog guns at the demolition site to prevent dust from polluting air quality.  A special dust machine has also been installed here to check the level of pollution.

 After the collapse of the twin towers, clearing the three-storey high debris is a major challenge for the Noida authority.  But the solution to this matter was decided before the demolition.  The debris from the twin towers will be taken to the Noida Construction and Demolition Waste Management Plant.  This process will take three months.  According to an estimate, 4000 tons of iron will be recovered from the debris.

 After the collapse of the twin towers, officials said that the 10-meter boundary wall of the ATS society near the twin towers was damaged.  Noida authority said that whatever small or big damage will happen, it will compensate it.
